Our founders, Rui and Peng, grew up immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of their family’s Chinese restaurant. Their deep connection to traditional Chinese cuisine inspired them to embark on a journey of discovery and innovation. Through extensive research and collaboration with master Chinese noodle chefs, they have perfected the art of hand-pulled noodles, creating a culinary experience that is both authentic and innovative.
