We make one type of noodle known for their thickness and length called "BIANG BIANG", from the Shanxi province in China. This name refers to "the sound of the chef slapping the noodle dough on the table!" Each noodle is made by hand right before your eyes, served in two different styles!

I had the beef noodles & tbh, I’d rather have split this with a second person. It was so filling!! I wanted to try other things.

Noodles are hand pulled and fresh, yummy. We tried lamb and beef versions, both were delicious but the beef was my favorite. It literally melted in my mouth.

Delicious biang biang noodles in a true traditional Chinese style. Asian spicy is definitely the minimum level to start with. Fantastic!
