At Wen Cheng, one very special dish takes the center stage: the legendary Biang Biang noodles from China’s Shanxi province. Famous for their impressive width and chewy texture, they’re hand-pulled right before your eyes in our open kitchen. The rhythmic slap of the dough on the counter is part of the show and the result is noodles that surprise with every bite and deliver a true explosion of flavor.
We serve them in two irresistible variations: as traditional Biang Biang Noodles or in our signature Wen Cheng Style. Both are culinary highlights that show just how versatile a simple bowl of noodles can be.

I had the beef noodles & tbh, I’d rather have split this with a second person. It was so filling!! I wanted to try other things.

We went twice while visiting Berlin because we were in love with the noodles. Perfect texture. I had the Biang Biang with meat - super tasty, meat was tender and the spicy level 2 was ideal for me.
